How to play TriPeaks Solitaire

Start TriPeaks Solitaire by looking at the playing area and its controls. Remove all three peaks from the tableau. Use the example below to understand a decision. Check the rule that explains your first action. Look at what changes after your first action.

Three-peak covered layout with a single-pass draw stock. Free solo play, no wagering.

Focus on one rule

Choose one rule to keep in mind for this round. Apply it consistently rather than guessing what another version might allow. Use the example to check your reasoning.

Your goal

Remove all three peaks from the tableau. Read that aim before choosing your first action. Review the board or playing area as it changes.

Step by step

  1. Take an exposed card one rank above or below the waste top. Ace and king connect in this edition.
  2. Click an exposed card or eligible pair to remove it.
  3. Draw when useful.
  4. Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.

Controls

Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown. Keep the playing area visible while using these controls. Look at the feedback after the action.

A useful example

Waste 7 accepts exposed 6 or 8. Compare this with the rule that governs the move. Check the stated objective.

Watch out for this

Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. Compare the situation with the worked example. Read one step at a time and try it on the playing area. Match the instruction to the control you use.
